The founders of Clark Networks have been heavily involved
with using Information Technology to accomplish business goals since
1992, a time when the Internet and the software applications which
take advantage of this powerful network were in their infancy. This
early and continuing IT experience combined with more than 18 years
of business process review and consulting has resulted in an ability
to provide sound professional service desk and IT asset management
consulting along with web development services.

With a technical degree (BS) from Colorado State University and
over 18 years of information technology, business risk control consulting,
and corporate training experience, Shawn brings a wealth of personal
experience and expertise to any engagement.
Credentials include a Professional Engineering Registration
(PE), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Cisco Certified Network
Administrator (CCNA), Certified Track-It! Administrator (CTA), Computer
Certified Technician (A+), Help Desk Institute Certified Help Desk
Analyst (HDA), Pink Elephant ITIL IT Service Management Essentials,
and Centennial Software Certified Engineer in IT Asset Management.
Shawn has created 100's of Intranet and Extranet web
sites and is known for his ability to work with clients in understanding
their goals and assuring the requirements of any engagement are
met to the satisfaction of the client and end users.
Shawn co-founded OpenItems.com, a web based project
and group sharing application service provider business during the
dot com craze. After the fallout he continued to work in start-up
environments focused on document and enterprise content management.
Primary responsibilities included specification development, assistance
with coding, product testing and documentation, installation, configuration,
Administrator training and Technician training.
The last few years have found Shawn becoming an true
expert in Enterprise Helpdesk and Service Desk coupled with IT Asset
Management.
Extensive customer support experience and a unique ability to empathize
with individuals define a few of Mi Ah's strongest skills. Her ability
to remember details and complete projects provides excellent support
for the operations of Clark Networks, Inc.
Mi Ah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State
University. She spent 9 years working for the Aviation Industry
in a Customer Support and Safety capacity.
Mario has more than 25 years of software development and engineering
management experience.
As Director of Product Development for Intuit, Mario
led the development of new products for the Quicken product line
and managed the development of Intuit's International Products.
Prior to that, at Software Publishing Corporation, Mario created
Harvard Graphics, which redefined the presentation graphics software
category and was largely responsible for the company's growth from
$20M to over $100M in revenues. Most recently, Mario was Chief Technology
Officer at Babcock & Brown, a leading investment banking firm,
where he led a worldwide team and was responsible for all technology
strategies and implementations. Mario earned an MS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of California at Davis.
